Zoom auto-capture

When a Zoom cloud recording of an interview finishes, Giusim pulls the audio, transcribes it, and attaches it to the right candidate. No manual upload.

Recording upload is disabled until your operating territory is set in Settings. Pasting a transcript is always available and free. Automatic transcription stays off until the operating territory allows recording.

One-time setup in the Zoom web portal:

Open marketplace.zoom.us, then Develop, then Build App, and choose Server-to-Server OAuth.
Copy the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret into the connection card above.
In Scopes, add cloud_recording:read (read access to cloud recordings).
In Feature, turn on Event Subscriptions, paste the URL above as the endpoint, and subscribe to the recording.completed event.
Copy the Webhook Secret Token from the same Feature tab into the connection card, then click Validate in Zoom.
Activate the app. Interviews must be recorded to the cloud for Zoom to send the event.
