What each capability actually controls

Every switch in Team and permissions maps to specific pages and buttons. When a capability is off, the pages behind it are blocked and the buttons hide. Here is the full map.

The 11 capabilities

• Score CVs: the Score a CV button at the top of the sidebar and Score many CVs at once. Off means no scoring at all.
• Run interviews: the Interviews pages, kit generation, transcript assessments, and verdicts.
• Manage roles and the bar: creating roles, editing requirements, and digesting hiring manager meetings. Without it a person can view roles but not move the bar.
• Sourcing: the whole prospecting area, list building and outreach.
• Numbers: the analytics charts, pipeline volume and score distributions.
• Export PDFs: candidate report PDFs, blind CVs, and interview PDFs. Anything that leaves the building.
• Talent pool and Second placements: the two agency zone features, switchable separately.
• Manage clients: client onboarding, client settings, the ATS connection, and interviewer rosters.
• Share hiring manager dashboards: the Send dashboard invite, Resend link, and Revoke buttons on client cards.
• Transfer candidates between clients: moving a candidate to another client workspace. A transfer forces a fresh interview cycle for the new client.

Always owner only, never delegated

Team and permissions, Account invites, budget settings, and error acknowledgment. No capability grants these.

How the presets use them

Recruiter gets everything except Manage clients and Transfer. Junior gets Score CVs, Run interviews, Sourcing, and Talent pool only: no Numbers, no exports, no placements, no role editing. Both are starting points; you can adjust any switch per person afterward.

Remember the floor: Home, Roles, and Candidates are always visible for a person's allowed clients, regardless of capabilities.
