Talent Pool

The talent pool: your bench

Where CVs without a target role live, and what happens to them automatically.

A strong CV lands in your inbox and there is no open role for it. That is what the talent pool is for: the agency bench. It sits in the Agency section of the sidebar and spans all clients.

Filing someone

On the Talent pool page, use File a candidate, no role needed: drop the CV (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or image) or paste the CV text, optionally add name, email, phone, and LinkedIn URL, then hit File to pool. Giusim extracts a skills inventory once, which takes about 20 to 40 seconds. The name is extracted from the CV if you leave it blank.

What happens automatically

After filing, the person is matched locally against every open client role and every partner opportunity as they appear. This matching is cheap and local: it suggests conversations, it does not build full reports. Each pooled person shows their best current match with an approximate score right on their row, for example: best match ~72 Senior Backend Engineer.

Expand a person to see the full picture: their skills, and a list titled Where you can offer him something, marked as local estimates, internal only. Each suggestion shows the approximate score, which must-haves are evidenced, which are partial, and which are missing.

Consent

Consent is tracked per person: the row says consent to float: yes, or not asked yet. Nothing in the pool is shareable without consent.

History

The pool also shows how many times a person has already been fully scored, so you know at a glance who is a known quantity and who is just a filed CV.

File it to the talent pool: open Talent pool in the Agency section, drop the CV, and hit File to pool. Giusim inventories it once and then matches the person locally against every open role and partner opportunity as they appear, showing the best current match with an approximate score.
