Second placements: revenue from candidates you already interviewed
Match your interviewed runner-ups against partner headhunters' open roles, with interview evidence no CV database has.
You interviewed a strong runner-up, the client picked someone else, and that person walks away. Second placements turns that into revenue: a partner headhunter sends you a role, and Giusim scans every candidate you have interviewed for a match, using evidence from the interview transcripts. No CV database has that.
Where it lives
Second placements sits in the Agency section of the sidebar, so it spans all clients, not just the selected one. The badge on the sidebar item counts matches waiting for review.
What is private and what is not
Matching is internal analysis, full stop. Nothing is shareable until a candidate is flagged open to placement, and identity never moves without their consent. Sharing is a separate explicit action, and revealing a name is another explicit action on top of that. Until then, locked candidates show a lock pill on the match card.
Consent is recorded per candidate before anything moves. The board even helps you collect it: the Worth asking for consent notice lists strong matches who never agreed to placement. Nothing is shared there, it only suggests the conversation to have, and points you to record consent on the candidate's Placement tab.
Conflicts
Conflicts show as a red Conflict badge on the match card, for example a candidate already in process with the same company. Hover the badge to read exactly what the conflict is. A conflict also locks the reveal.
Staying on top of it
The Needs chasing notice at the top of the board flags matches that are waiting on someone, with a direct link into each opportunity.
Related questions
I interviewed a great runner-up, can I place him somewhere else and earn from it?
Yes, that is exactly what Second placements is for. Add the partner's role as an opportunity and Giusim scans every candidate you have interviewed, using interview transcript evidence. Nothing is shared with anyone until the candidate is flagged open to placement and you explicitly share, and the name stays hidden until you explicitly reveal.
