Scoring

Score many CVs at once

Bulk scoring for a full inbox of applicants against one role.

Click the small arrow next to the Score a CV button, then Score many CVs at once. You land on the batch page.

Set up the batch

1. Role: one per batch. Every CV you upload is scored against this role's bar.

2. These candidates are...: leave it on "New candidates (start of pipeline)", or pick a stage if you are importing a client's existing pipeline. That sets the base state before any new analysis.

3. CV files: select as many as you like. PDF, DOCX, TXT, or images.

4. LinkedIn files: optional. Giusim pairs them to CVs automatically by candidate name. Anything ambiguous is scored without a LinkedIn rather than risk a wrong pairing.

After you pick the files, a small estimate appears next to the button: how much the batch will cost and roughly how long it will take. No surprises. Then hit Pair & score batch.

While it runs

The Batch progress panel shows the phase, a progress bar, and a running counter: how many scored, how many failed, how many skipped as duplicates. The pairing list shows exactly which LinkedIn went with which CV. Duplicates are skipped with no tokens spent, each with a link to the existing report and an Analyze anyway option. Failures are listed with the reason, they never disappear silently.

When it finishes, an Open the roster button takes you to the role. Every candidate in the batch gets the same full evidence report as a single score, nothing is abbreviated, and each one appears in the Candidates list as usual, best scores first in the results list.
