Score a CV
Upload one CV, pick the role, get an evidence report.
Hit the Score a CV button at the top of the sidebar. That is the whole entry point.
What the form needs
1. Candidate name is optional. Leave it blank and Giusim detects it from the CV.
2. Role: pick from the dropdown. The candidate is scored against that role's current bar, not a generic template.
3. CV: required. Upload a file or switch to the paste tab and paste the text. Accepted files: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, and images (PNG, JPG, WEBP). A phone photo of a CV works, scans are fine.
4. LinkedIn profile: optional, as a file, a screenshot, or pasted text. Skip it and the score still runs, but there is no CV versus LinkedIn consistency check.
Press Run assessment. Scoring runs in the background: the Scoring activity panel below the form tracks it, and a spinning "1 scoring" chip appears in the top bar. You can submit the next candidate immediately, or keep working anywhere in the app.
Duplicate detected
If Giusim has already analyzed this person for this position, you land on a Duplicate detected page instead. Nothing was analyzed and no tokens were spent. You get three choices: Open the existing report, Re-analyze anyway (spends tokens, keeps the old report, the new one becomes the latest), or Discard upload. Your uploaded documents are parked for 24 hours in case you change your mind. Scoring the same candidate for a different position never needs permission.
From sourcing
When you promote a sourced prospect, this same form opens with a banner: their LinkedIn profile from sourcing is attached automatically unless you provide a fresh one.

Do I have to upload LinkedIn too, or is the CV enough?
The CV alone is enough, LinkedIn is optional. Without it the score still runs, but the CV versus LinkedIn consistency dimension is not scored. Add it when you have it: a file, a screenshot, or pasted text all work.
Can I score a photo of a CV someone sent me on WhatsApp?
Yes. The CV upload accepts images (PNG, JPG, WEBP) alongside PDF, DOCX, TXT, and MD, and scans are fine. Save the photo and drop it into the CV field like any other file.
It says duplicate detected, did I break something?
No. It means Giusim already analyzed this candidate for this position, so nothing ran and no tokens were spent. Open the existing report, hit Re-analyze anyway if you really want a fresh run, or discard the upload.
