Interviews

Run the interview and record what happened

From call plan to outcome, transcript assessment, and verdict.

During the call

The interview page shows the call plan: questions in order, each with its listen-for markers and red flags, readable live while you talk. Use Copy questions if you want the list somewhere else.

After the call

Scroll to the transcript section. Paste the full transcript into the box or attach the file (TXT, PDF, or DOCX), then hit Assess transcript. The assessment takes 30 to 60 seconds. It reads what was actually said against the kit's advance criteria and the role's current bar, and produces a verdict.

The verdict

Three possible calls, each with a confidence level: Advance, Borderline, or Do not advance. A borderline verdict comes with a concrete way to resolve it. Below the verdict you get:

  • Each advance criterion with yes, no, partial, or not covered, and the evidence from the call.
  • Contradictions between the interview and the documents, quoted on both sides.
  • New positives and new concerns that came out of the call.
  • A handoff note for the hiring manager.

You can re-assess with a new transcript at any time.

Where it shows up

The verdict appears on the Interviews list next to the candidate. The stage filter there covers every state: no kit yet, kit ready awaiting interview, and each verdict.

Two things that happen on their own

Every assessment is a new data point, so it wakes the skeptic: if the interview contradicts an earlier conclusion about this candidate, an item shows up on Home.

The assessment can be exported as a one-page PDF from the verdict card. Like every PDF that leaves the building, this needs the Export PDFs capability.
