Prep packs and the interviewer roster

A candidate who passed your screen still has to survive the next interviewer. Giusim helps you prep both sides.

Prep packs

After a candidate's transcript is assessed, the Next interview prep section appears on their interview page. Pick the interviewer from the dropdown and hit Generate prep pack. It takes 20 to 40 seconds and produces:

• A forecast of how this interviewer will likely read this candidate, with expected friction points and your prep move for each. This is private, for you only: it never appears in any PDF or score.
• Briefing notes you read to the candidate.
• A prep message written to be forwarded to the candidate, safe if screenshotted.
• A prep email for the interviewer: hit Generate email, then Copy or Open in Mail. Evidence only, safe to forward.

The interviewer roster

The roster lives on the Interviewers tab next to Interviews, and it is per client like everything else in the client zone. Add interviewer opens a short wizard that interviews you about the person: how they decide, what loses them, whether first impressions stick. It takes 2 to 3 minutes; skip anything you are not sure of, a wrong guess is worse than a blank.

You can also feed in a transcript of a meeting with that interviewer: open Add meeting transcript on their card, hit Extract context, then review every proposed profile update and Save selected. Nothing is saved without your review, the transcript itself is processed and discarded, and protected-class content is stripped automatically.

Permissions

Running interviews and generating packs needs only the Run interviews capability. The Interviewers tab is part of client management, so seeing and editing the roster needs the Manage clients capability. If the tab is missing for you, that is why.
