I cannot see a page or button others have

It is almost always permissions, and here is how to check.

If a colleague has a page or button you do not, the answer is almost always permissions. Nothing is broken.

How hiding works

Sidebar items and buttons hide when your account lacks the capability behind them. Missing Sourcing, Interviews, Second placements, Talent pool, or Clients means that switch is off for your account.

Three pages are always visible for your allowed clients and are not a permission: Home, Roles, and Candidates. If an entire client is missing from your switcher, that is different: your client scope excludes it, so you do not see its data at all.

Common cases

1. No PDF buttons anywhere (report PDF, blind CV, interview PDF): you lack the Export PDFs capability. Exports are anything that leaves the building, so owners grant this one deliberately.

2. No Team and permissions or Account invites under Settings: these are owner only, by design. They are not granted to staff at all.

3. You were added with the Junior preset: it intentionally hides Numbers, exports, placements, and role editing. That is the point of the preset, work without the levers.

The fix

There is nothing to fix on your side, and no setting on your own account to flip. Ask your workspace owner to adjust your capabilities under Settings, then Team and permissions. The change applies the next time you load the page.

I added a junior to my team, why can she not export PDFs?

The Junior preset deliberately excludes Export PDFs, along with Numbers, placements, and role editing. If she should export, open Settings, then Team and permissions, and switch on Export PDFs for her account. Capabilities are adjustable per person after picking a preset.
