Share a live dashboard with a hiring manager
A read-only, always-current pipeline view the HM opens with just their email.
Stop emailing Excel files. Giusim gives each hiring manager a live, read-only view of their own pipeline that stays current as the search moves.
Send the invite
1. Open Clients in the sidebar and find the client's card.
2. Open the Hiring manager dashboards section on the card.
3. Enter the Hiring manager email, optionally their Name, and hit Send dashboard invite.
They get a sign-in link by email. You need the Share hiring manager dashboards capability for this; if the section is missing, ask your workspace owner.
How the HM signs in
No password, ever. The hiring manager enters their email, gets a 6-digit code by email, and types it in. The code expires in 10 minutes. Next visit, same thing. Nothing for them to remember and nothing for you to reset.
What they see
A read-only live table: candidate, role, stage, score, and interview verdict, for their company only. It updates as you work. They never see other clients, they never see anything editable, and they never see what you did not advance into their pipeline.
Track and control access
The client card shows each grant's state: invited, not yet joined or joined. Use Resend link if the invite got buried, or Revoke to cut access instantly. Both sit next to each grant on the card.
