Generate an interview question kit
A 20 to 30 minute call plan built from the candidate's own file, in Hebrew or English.
The kit is a call plan for a 20 to 30 minute screening call, built from one candidate's evidence report. It exists to answer one question: should this person get a hiring manager interview.
Generate it
1. Open Interviews in the sidebar and pick a scored candidate. Kits are built from the evidence report, so score first; if nobody is scored yet, the page tells you and sends you to score someone.
2. Pick the question language at the top: English or עברית. You can regenerate in the other language later.
3. Hit Generate questions.
Generation shows a real progress bar with three phases: reading the candidate's file, writing the questions, checking for issues. It usually takes 60 to 100 seconds, and it visibly finishes or fails, no guessing. If it fails, nothing is saved and a Try again button appears right there.
What you get
- A suggested opener, then four to six questions. Four or five is the norm; six only when the file genuinely demands it. Question time sums to 18 to 24 minutes, leaving room for intro and the candidate's own questions.
- Every question comes with what it targets, 2 to 3 listen-for markers (what a convincing answer contains), 1 to 2 red flags (answer patterns that count against advancing), a time estimate in minutes, and a follow-up for rehearsed answers.
- Advance criteria: the 2 to 4 things that must check out on this call.
- Don't spend call time on: topics already proven by the documents or reserved for the hiring manager.
Questions are personal to this candidate: they target the exact claims and gaps in his report, never generic screening filler.
One hard rule
No question, marker, or red flag ever references age, family status, origin, or any other protected attribute. This is built into generation, in both languages.
