Your first day: client, role, first score
The three steps that take you from empty workspace to your first scored candidate.
A new workspace starts empty. You add your own clients. Three steps get you to your first scored candidate.
Step 1: add a client
Open Clients in the sidebar and use the Onboard a new client card. Company name is all you really need; every onboarding step is skippable and everything can be added later. Hit Create client. Company research runs automatically in the background, so by the time you come back the client card already has context.
Step 2: add a role
Open Roles. On the Add a role from a job description page, upload the JD file (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD) or paste the full text, then hit Extract and save role. Giusim reads the document and extracts the title, seniority, and hard skills. This takes about 10 to 20 seconds; a status line tells you it is working.
One rule to know: you cannot score a candidate before at least one role exists. If you try, the app says "No open roles yet" and links you to Add role.
Step 3: score your first CV
Hit the Score a CV button at the top of the sidebar, pick the role, upload the CV, and hit Run assessment. Scoring runs in the background; the report lands in Candidates.
Do this early: the kickoff intake
On the role page there is a block for the real bar: anything the hiring manager said that is not in the JD, in his own words. Fill it after your kickoff call. It feeds every score for that role, so ten minutes here improves every report that follows.
