The assistant can act
Ask for something doable and the assistant offers a button. Nothing runs until you click.
When you ask the assistant for something doable, it offers a button: generate an interview kit, open a report, start a placement scan, or move a candidate's status. Nothing executes without your click. Status moves ask you to confirm with the candidate's name, and give you an Undo link after. The assistant never deletes anything, never crosses clients, and never touches permissions or spend settings.
