Onboard a new client

Create the workspace, skip what you do not know yet, let the research run.

Every client company you work with gets its own workspace in Giusim: its own roles, candidates, interviews, and sourcing. Nothing crosses between clients except deliberate, consented transfers.

Create the client

1. Open Clients in the sidebar (agency zone). You need the Manage clients capability to see it.

2. Scroll to the Onboard a new client card. Two fields are enough to start: the company name is required, plus a territory (Israel or US) and engagement type (Retained or Contingency).

3. Optionally add the main contact and their title, and any context notes. Company research runs automatically in the background either way, so do not stall here.

4. Hit Create client.

The onboarding checklist

The new client card shows an onboarding block until the workspace has roles and candidates. Every step is skippable, everything can be added later:

  • Add the open roles: upload each JD, scoring anchors are generated automatically.
  • Import the existing pipeline: if they are already interviewing, bulk upload the CVs per role and set which stage each batch is at. You need at least one role first.
  • Who decides: record the hiring managers and their authority, role level versus org wide. Meeting digests route by them.

What else lives on the client card

Each client card also holds the Hiring manager dashboards section. That is where you share a live, read-only pipeline view with a hiring manager by email. See the article on hiring manager dashboards for the full flow.

Isolation, plainly

A client workspace is fully separated. A recruiter scoped to one client sees nothing, not even names, from another. The only way a candidate moves between clients is an explicit transfer, which forces a fresh interview cycle.
